ClearHisab offers both free and paid features. Subscription payments, where applicable, grant access to premium features.
2. Refund Eligibility
- We do not offer refunds for digital services already rendered.
- In case of duplicate payments or failed access after payment, users may request a refund within 7 days.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@clearhisab.dnsserverhost.com with your transaction ID and reason. We aim to resolve within 3-5 working days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
UPI charges, service tax, and third-party API costs are non-refundable.
